90 DAY CHALLENGE
The 90 Day Challenge is a steady results long-term program. It is designed to completely revolutionize how you approach fitness, making it part of your everyday life over the course of 3 months getting you in a better shape in the meantime. The program consists of cardio, ab, strength and endurance routines and they’re carefully balanced so that even on easy days instead of complete rest you do some stretching exercises to keep you on track and motivated.
